VERY BAD SERVICE-DOES NOT WORK

THIS STREAMING SERVICE IS HORRIFIC!! DOES NOT WORK WITH AMAZON FIRESTICK. About 70 % of the channels don't work properly. Most of the channels constantly BUFFER WITH THE SPINNING CIRCLE. AND SOME CHANNELS JUST SWITCH TO A TOTALLY DIFFERENT SHOW! THEN ABOUT
10 % OF THE CHANNELS HAVE "NOTHING", NO PROGRAM ON THE SCREEN-EITHER A BLACK OR GREEN SCREEN. SO DO THE MATH! ONLY ABOUT 20% OF CHANNELS WORKING OK. VERY, VERY, VERY BAD. DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!

The website says you can record your shows, but that is a lie. They don't offer recording. They offer "catchup." To use the catchup, you must know the channel, the date, and the time of the show you want to watch. Many of their catchups leave off the either the beginning or ending of the show.
When watching live TV, it buffers constantly. I am trying to watch a game right now. It will buffer, back up 10 seconds and loop that 10 seconds a few times and then jump to the current action. I can't count the number of plays I have missed because of this.
They call themselves a Christian company but Customer Service is NON EXISTENT.
I think they purchased their equipment as "Refurbished" from Dollar General because it is really bad service most of the time.any, but I have my doubts. How could anyone, especially a Christian, offer such a poor service and never

This service does not work with AMAZON-FIRESTICK. Make no mistake. About 65% of channels just don't work with the FIRESTICK. Channels constantly BUFFER, FREEZE, CHANNELS WITH NO SOUND. CHANNELS THAT ARE IN SLO-MOTION, For instance, there are BOGUS CHANNELS THAT ARE LISTED THAT HAVE "NOTHING" THERE. NO PROGRAMMING. FOR EXAMPLE: BLAZE CHANNEL, INFOWARS, & SO MANY OTHERS ARE APPARENTLY FALSELY ADVERTISED SINCE FROM DAY 1 THERE WAS NEVER ANY FEED. Also, when you submit a ticket, NOBODY EVER GETS BACK TO YOU. FORGET IT. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. BUT, IT'S A GREAT IDEA WITH ALL THESE CHANNELS, IF THEY WORKED! I will be contacting the FCC & EXPLAIN TO THEM THAT THIS IS "POSSIBLE" FRAUD ON THEIR PART, "PUTTING OUT FALSE ADVERTISING WITHOUT DELIVERING THE PRODUCT.

One of the worst apps

One of the worst apps and streaming services ever used. Very, very poor perfomrance all around and never gets resolved

PLEASE HIRE SOME ENGINEERS WHO CAN FIX IT!!

Customer service is also really lousy and does't ever return phone calls.

Buggy and Annoying

Really annoying with iPad. If you close the app and then you come back let’s say 15 minutes later and try to watch something, none of the channels will stream. I have to restart the iPad every time.

Hot mess

Plays 2 channels at once. The dvr goes back 7 days but it runs more than one station at a time, it flashes you from the network to another. Can not get any support by voicemail or from the ticket I placed 3 days ago with no response. Service worked up until I was out of the free trial and had committed to keep their service.
