Wow that’s a bit scary
Took a look into the privacy policy of this company and app developer and hear the major points
- Facial recognition/biometric processing they retain
* Voiceprint information
* Clipboard access ( highly suspicious given passwords, crypto wallets etc often go to clipboard)
* Broad third-party/advertiser data sharing
* Extensive device identifier collection( from location to IMEI of device and the WiFi information that’s used to connect camera.
* Unclear U.S. data-storage location
* Up-to-3-year data retention/deletion period AFTER. You already request deletion.
All in all highly volatile data collection and profile building of users. Just take the loss on the camera cost (cause I know it was likely cheap as hell. That’s the hook).
For the privacy aware don’t touch.

Terrible!
I have scanned, reset, deleted every single thing and it refuses to connect. All I need to do was change the WiFi. Sounds simple eh? I can’t even get back into it as it asks you what region you are in and it won’t search for it. I will be asking for a refund b/c this is ridiculous!!
