Could use improvements
Overall this app does what it needs to. I’d like to be able to lock the UI to avoid accidental button presses. Most of the time people using the app just want to see the image and don’t need to use any of the tools. I constantly have to help them turn off tools so being able to lock the app into a full screen image view would be great.
Also, if the app closes, the iPad goes to sleep, or it disconnects briefly from the WiFi connection then the visage feed doesn’t usually reconnect automatically and I have to delete a feed and re-add it for it to connect again. this is frustrating on set and interrupts the workflow.

Screenshots don’t work
Twice this week the screen grabs simply stopped saving themselves. I double checked everything and so did the camera assistant, nothing looks wrong. Had to uninstall and reinstall again, only for the same issue to start again a few days later. Really terrible when you rely on the screen grabs. And the website is not working so can’t contact the developer about it.

Gut, wenn’s läuft.
Wenn alles funktioniert ist die App gut. Man kann prima schauen und es gibt reichlich Zusatzfunktionen.
Leider läuft das ganze meist nur zu 60% des Tages rund. Die restlichen 40% versucht man sich neu zu verbinden oder muss wiederholt den Teradek Server neu starten. Das ist leider sehr frustrierend…

tvOS version?
Is there a version or some other app for Apple TV units to receive a stream from a Serv encoder. Core is costly, adds too much delay for on-location use, and requires internet access.
If my wireless mics worked as well as this wireless video system…
… I’d probably be fired by lunch.
Constant Crashes
When trying to add a camera to the feed, It crashes. It has worked in the past and I’ve downloaded both versions to the same crash. I have no idea what’s wrong but I hope it will be fixed soon. Having the camera feed directly to multiple devices is a godsend and I’m glad this app exists, but only when it works as intended and it’s not working as intended.

Support team responsive
Diana and the team at Terakek have been very responsive to try and fix the "LOOK" LUT issue we are facing. Hope we can use the feature again, it has been a game changer for our productions!
Works fairly well
The app works fairly well, but the frame grabs don't work.
improve to be on par with non HDR
love using the app for this age when we cannot have crowds around monitors, but please update the HDR app with the abilities of the non HDR version, such as ability to customize the tool bar, as that is the reason i’m stuck still working on the older app.
Crashes Immediately
Does not work with HDR upadate. The app immediately crashes upon trying to select the camera feed. PLEASE FIX!
