HELP! VUER stopped working w update

This VUER update has rendered my $6,000 Teradek set up useless. Vuer app does not find devices but does see the network. I hit contact support on the App Store and it leads to a dead link. Does not inspire confidence. Please fix this. My serv pros are currently bricked.

I have loading issue

Hello,

App is great,but i have one problem. I linked 2 Serv Pro-s with my link. When i launch app and go to camera option, i see 2 cameras and i see them working. When i load them to A and B,or when i add those 2 to quad stream, I only see picture from one Serv,while on other stream it sais Loading...
Anyone had same problem?

Crashes iOS14

The app worked well a few weeks ago, but ever since I upgraded the OS on my iPad mini to OS14, it crashes constantly.

Please upgrade the app. Apple had changed some things about local network devices, which we fixed in the latest version of the app.
