Field of view is not accurate AT ALL
The entire premise of ANY directors viewfinder is you get an accurate preview without hauling a camera around. The field of view on this is not accurate at all.
I prepped with the app, then on shoot day, we had to entirely change a shot because the camera couldn’t be on the process trailer. It had to be 3 feet further back to get the shot we wanted, which put us on the trailer hitch. Complete waste of money. Go with one that is industry standard if you actually have a film with budget.

Fantastic
Loved the app
Awesome App
The app is exactly as described, full featured, and replaces more expensive directors view finders. From what I’ve seen so far, it has been completely accurate. The only thing that I did notice is that it does not have the 7Artisans Spectrum cinema lenses included in the list so I am unable to get an accurate representation of the equipment I own. with a plethora of independent filmmakers out there it seems like a no-brainer than more of the budget line cinema equipment would be available in the app. Because many of them, like myself, can’t afford the $40,000 lenses.

La mejor app para scouts, referencia de formatos y lentes
The best viewfinder/lens focal length app out there!
As the title says, this app enables you to input almost any camera and lens combination, taking into account sensor size. The app lets you see the field of view that the selected combination provides.
I should add that I’m a stills photographer (I don’t go near video), and the app is by far the best I have found for my needs of previewing a scene with different combinations of input.
