Would not let me make an account
Tried to sign up, only to find out the app is shutting down in a few months. What’s the point of even offering downloads if new users can’t create accounts? Total waste of time. It should’ve been clearly stated up front that it’s being retired—don’t advertise something that’s basically already dead.

Super einfach zu verwenden und die Markierungen kleben direkt an der 3D Geometrie. So einfach kann das Sein Objekte im Videostream anderer zu markieren. Perfekt für Remote Support.
Annoying
Trying to host a session just gives a message to contact your admin with no information on how to do this. Website has zero pricing information and wants you to contact them which is almost certainly going to then involve pushy sales calls.
Would be happy to pay a few quid a month for this but they appear to be a typical greedy enterprise.

App startet nicht mehr
Hallo,
Seit einiger Zeit startet die Chalk App auf meinem iPad Pro nicht mehr. Nach dem öffnen sehe ich für ca. 10sekunden das Chalk Logo, danach schließt die App direkt wieder. Bei meinem iPod und einem anderen iPad habe ich mittlerweile das gleiche Problem.
Seit einiger Zeit startet die Chalk App auf meinem iPad Pro nicht mehr. Nach dem öffnen sehe ich für ca. 10sekunden das Chalk Logo, danach schließt die App direkt wieder. Bei meinem iPod und einem anderen iPad habe ich mittlerweile das gleiche Problem.
Not working on iphone 6s
Tried joining a session through iphone 6s. The session never starts.
Do not Install it, it does not let you test.
After singing up with way much personal information than any other app requires to sign up it will not let you even test the app. Wasted my time. It is a business app that you need to contact them to let to let you test there app. They will require you email first and last name and phone number to register you for nothing.

Took the bait
Downloaded the app and provided my Email and phone number only to find out it requires a license to even get started that costs about $200 yr. per user. Can not even evaluate the product before they want your credit card information. Feel like I am in a Phishing scam that is going to sell my information to one of those erectile disfunction pill venders

You are welcome to use Chalk for free and it does not require a license to start or use. The only information that is required to start and try is your Name and a valid Email Address - which is no different than other Mobile apps in the market. ❤️ The Chalk Team
Easy to set up and use, great way to keep in touch!
This app is simple to install and use - it was a great help to use the display and simple mark up features to communicate visually with family and colleagues remotely during this current crisis!
Close Distance with AR
Very easy to get rolling and invite others. The AR markups hold their position well and make it easy to exchange complex steps and observations. I took a couple of screen shots and then realized that there was a session image export function. Nice.
What a helpful app!
The app has really improved in features and functionality. Giving you the ability to leverage mobile, tablets, desktop, and connect codes means you really can connect quickly and easily to solve problems on the spot. I have really enjoyed using the app, and many of my friends are doing the same.
Excellent product
I’ve been using Chalk off and on for a little over a year. Easy to install (download an app), easy to use, immediate value. I’ve even used it with my kids (they probably figured out how to use it faster than me). Very slick product.
Easy to use and very helpful
This app is great for explaining and showing something or a how to procedure from a remote location. I use it with my co workers but also my kids
Simply delighted
It was an instant hit to use this super easy and spectacular app and be productive within no time. I got accurate cooking directions remotely from my wife in the current lockdown situation. My neighbor found this to be a blessing who had to recently convert his in-person musical instruments training classes to remote ones due to Covid-19 and he found it very easy and super cool to give directions to his students remotely using the markup features of this app that stick to the remote instruments in a shared live learning session. Overall an outstanding App and looking forward to newer features in future.

What I like the most is that you can give quick feedback and collaborate in real time with my mobile device. The live view helps with training remotely when I can’t be there in person. Especially helpful in times like today.

Mind bending
This app supports remote assistance asks using augmented reality capabilities. It’s really difficult to describe how it works in words here so I just encourage you to download it and use it. The ability to mark up the real world in a digital screen and make that markup persistent is mind bending. Really easy to use and get going with, I used it with my 10 year old yesterday and it was naturally intuitive.
