Great but unusable
Indeed, the keyboard hides the input-zone.
If you can type latex blindly then it does excellent job.
@developer : just a parameter to change ? Please ?

nonfunctional for me but nice logo
^.
Two medium-sized bugs, otherwise works great
This app does work, but you have to type blindly into the input box, which is annoying. Additionally, the use of transparency on the images makes it impossible to read the sent message in dark mode.
I feel like neither of these bugs should be too hard to fix, but they are somewhat annoying.

Good up to...
Very good and ingenious in the idea of an iMessage extension but it have one big problem : the writing user space doesn’t move at the apparition of the iOS keyboard so we can’t see what we write and can’t correct it. If this problem is fix one day, it will become a must for what it does. ☺️
Needs a Simple Fix!
As a mathematician, this app brings me so much joy. That is, it did until it stopped working on my phone. The app has clearly not kept up with new iOS and iPhones. At present I cannot even access the input box in the app. If this issue is fixed I would give Vulcanize 5 stars.
Bummed....
I love the idea. However is just does not work. Sorry gang
Great idea but buggy
This is a genius idea that could make math peoples’ lives so much better. Unfortunately it’s really hard to use (at least on my iPhone XR). When typing an equation I can’t see the LaTeX code and when the code cannot be parsed, such as before a closing brace is added, the formatted equation also disappears. As a result I basically have to type equations blind. This is possible for “a=\pi r^2” but not for anything more complicated.

Buggy
Every time I try to enter an equation, the keyboard covers the input, making it nearly impossible to use... Perhaps a bug?
Doesn’t work
The box to input TeX doesn’t appear. This app is nonfunctional.
Please, please update
The input box still does not work for iOS 12 and this is the only iMessage LaTeX app.
Unusable on iPhone X, iOS 12.1
Cannot see input box. Can't input or edit formula.
nice app; could use an update.
could use some improvement in working with a hardware keyboard, it seems, in iOS 12.

is this project open source?
Great potential
This app is exactly what I need as an undergrad physics major trying to communicate equations with friends. Lots of bugs in ios11, I’m hoping they get fixed soon. Thanks
Can’t see the formula box
I can’t enter formulas because I can’t see the box.
Doesn’t work
Maybe not compatible with new iOS
Awesome
It works exactly as any \LaTeX user would expect. I only wish the iPhone allowed for easier typing of the \{}_^ characters.
Love This
I have wanted this to be a thing for so very long!!! I am 100% happy with what this app does dont get me wrong at all!
I do wish it had a companion app that was a full editor so that you could choose to send new stickers from notes to the app.
That being said I LOVE Love Love this app!!

Deserves \infty stars
Rendered LaTeX in iMessage. Outstanding.
It's so easy it seems magical
It's been too long since I've been able to easily enter equations on a computer. I still launch my super old version of MS Word just to type equations. I wish this app was a widget on the Mac. And I wish it would output PDF so I can scale the formulas in my presentations. But as it is it's simply magical. Search for latex math guide and you'll find several decent PDF guides to typing equations. I would gladly pay for this app. IAP for PDF output and I will pay for sure.
