Awful, Took my money and didn’t work

I paid for a membership and it didn’t update or sync throughout the app so I was unable to use the application though I paid for it. It was very letdown. I was looking forward to the functionality of what was promised. No credits were updated. And because my subscription level wasn’t updated, I was unable to open a ticket. Trash. Big disappointment.
