This app is false advertising the exams they have and also the subscription agreements. If you don’t want a unexpected charge of 326 dollars and go through the hassle of getting a refund I REPEAT . STAY AWAY!

Over-price
I am only taking one exam, yet you want to lock me down for a longer period, give you 1 star for the app but I would rather use the PDF than to purchase this
Don’t give them your credit card
I had used this app for IT school. It’s okay as long as you don’t give them your credit card number; use a gift card! There’s also no customer service number being that they’re in London (I’m located in the US). They charged my credit card when I only authorized the charge as a one-time subscription. They did however respond via email to my complaint, but of course, replied with their fine-print terms and conditions.

I’m sure it’s great if you can login to use it. Non existing support on this product. Purchased 4 licenses for nearly £100 5 days ago and had problems logging in since day 1. Sent 7 messages to the support address and yet to receive any assistance.
Stop working...scam
Within the couple of week the mobile app for both Apple and Android stopped working. It continues to error when you upload a file. The other day the computer application stopped working. The support for the apps do to respond. I purchased a subscription for a product that doesn’t work and there seems to be no support for. On top of that this company seems to be the only company for eye files.

Absolute rip off , £54 for one month.
Used to be free but not anymore
Vumingo test engine app used to be free. There was very little communication that the apps would require a fee subscription in the future. No warning and boom you now have to pay for the app and on top of that many ete file require a purchase from another third party company. Great customer service d Icks

Application suddenly started to ask for money :( at the most unsustainable time
VCE to ETE
Well after Avanset VCE player was banned from the IOS store, an identical app mysteriously shows up with the same subscription plan and exam same customer complaints on (read GooglePlay reviews). Good luck!

Good app however lacks some features
It would be great to be able to use this in landscape mode on my iPad and snap to other applications.
Sadly the inability to use in landscape and snap next to another application is deeply frustrating and prevents you from being able to open Safari and lookup topics whilst studying the exam. Would love to see this functionality included and will amend my review should it change! Other than that, I have no problems with it. Thanks.
