Latest update is horrible!
We use this app throughout the day to change shelf tags and check pricing. I don’t understand how an update can actually slow this system waaaaay down, but it did! Vusion developers take note & fix this now! You’re costing us a lot in time!
Update made everything worse
Company charges an exorbitant amount of money for digital tags, then forces us to use an app that doesn’t work. Most recent update removed the pop-up keyboard so there is no way to input item IDs. I contacted customer service, who said it was fixed (it isn’t). Then they said there is nothing they could do but recommended writing a negative review in hopes that the coders see it. I will now be researching a new company to transition our digital tags to, and look to file claims for services not rendered. We are subject to false advertising claims because we can’t update our tags to reflect the correct item & cost. Terrible experience.

Clunky and broken
This app has been broken for weeks with zero support. Vusion is a terrible and massively overpriced electronic shelf label solution.
Manual Entry not Showing Keyboard
What is wrong with the new update? Why I cannot type the barcode number manually into the fields? The keyboard does not showing.
Added zero
Now the camera scans a barcode and adds a zero to the beginning of every UPC. Which means all items don’t match correctly with the tag.

When will this be fixed? since it updated to scandit, it does not work. Or will it only work for iphone14 or higher
Bad update
Ever since it updated it adds a 0 in front of every UPC and will not match with tag when scanning now.
Error when associating tags to products
Anytime I scan an item to link it to a tag, the app forces the “check digit” meaning you cannot associate any tags with products that have a upc starting with zero.

キーボード入力が使えなくなった
業務で使用しているため他の選択肢がないのですが、23年末付近のアップデートで改悪されてしまいました。 カメラ機能での読み込みよりも、無線で繋げたバーコードリーダーの方が早いのでそちらで読み込みをかけていたのですが、年末あたりのアップデートで外部キーボード繋げてある場合そちらからの入力を受け付けなくなってしまい、純正のMagic Keyboardもバーコードリーダーも使えない状況に。 キーボード外せば画面上でのキー入力はできるのですが、その度に純正キーボード外すのって…。 リストにしたものからコピペもできなければバーコードリーダーでリズム良くぴこぴこ読むのもできないので非常にストレス。 この外部機器が使えるように戻ってくれるのを切に願います。ーーーーー 2024/03 アップデートが来たので期待したのですが全く変化なし。 相変わらずキーボード接続中は入力用カーソルが出ないため操作ができない。0始まりのバーコードのもの等がうまく認識されないこともあるためキーボード＆バーコードリーダーが使えないと業務に能率的な支障が出ますので早めになんとかして欲しいです。 ーーーーーThe problem of not being able to input data when a keyboard or barcode reader is connected has not been fixed even after half a year. Problemi fotocamera
La presente per segnalare che su iPhone 15 pro e in generale con 3 lenti fotografiche, l’applicazione non mette a fuoco l’’inquadratura del codice ean costringendo l’immissione manuale per i codici più piccoli.
Sarebbe necessario scegliere dalle impostazioni quale lente fotografica usare di default oppure sfruttare direttamente la macro.

Worst app ever
This app kills my productivity all the time. It is very slow and does not function properly. The app is complete defective.

The focus distance is so important it’s very difficult to scan, maybe an option to choose the focal or maybe an option to pinch to zoom will be great.
