Does not work, will never buy Vuze products again
Hardware & App don’t talk to each other, tried several iPhones and even an android device, no joy. And because I was too busy to try it all it’s too late to return. I can’t put my actual feelings in here as that language isn’t allowed. Stay away

Hardware is only as good as it’s software.
I have had my Vuze+ camera for over a year now. The app suggests that some new features are coming such as being able to download content from the camera to your mobile device as well as other features. At first it was no problem, I just had to use vuze studio and the mico SD card to work with the images however as my Mac update it’s software, that program no longer wants to work. So I decided to check on this App to see if any new updates has happened and after a year it’s still nothing. For now it appears that I may have to find a third party software somewhere that will allow me to work with the images I take with their product.

Garbage
So far, this camera and app is garbage. Bought the camera and the app worked fine. Just tried it today and the app will not connect and I can’t find any help or support for them either.
Missing critical features
After updating the camera’s firmware the app was finally able to connect...and that’s when I realized how barebones the features are. I originally bought this camera because I have the Vuze XR (180 degree vr) and I like it a lot. Unfortunately they use different apps. The XR app allows you to live VR preview, stitch, download, and view on your phone. This app doesn’t allow any of those things. It’s a glorified remote shutter button. Even worse, it has teaser icons for some of those features (“coming soon”) but the app has not been updated in over two years. Infuriating.

Nothing works as instructed. There is a reason the price has dropped from to under $200.

WiFi connects fine on my Vuze+ and iPad mini 4. Live preview works well, although given that this is a 360 spherical camera that’s not super critical!
Loses one star for lack of ability to download files.
BTW, the project has not been abandoned. You can get support via their website or on the Facebook users group, which the company monitors. Search Facebook for “Vuzers”.

On Amazon, I'm Just Some GuyPlease Add Andoid Features
The app works ok but there are no options to adjust some basic camera setting such as shutter speed and iso. My understanding is that some of these items are built into the android version (if I could get it not to crash). The iOS version of the software is much more stable that what I’ve experienced in android but I’d like to have the same toolset.

The disappointment never ends
I got this camera and after a year it finally came. I didn’t need it anymore until my family reunion. Found out the hard way that they have abandoned this product (no updates for more than a year). The cool tripod/handle shown in all the product photos is a lie... the one you get is like a keychain. This thing isn’t light either. And like everyone else you can’t preview so you’re shooting in the dark until you render. HumanEyes has a great reputation in 3D before this camera. I’ll never get a product from them again. Apple please give us the option of zero stars!!!!

From day one this camera was not very well made. Now recent updates do not allow to connect to the new IOS. Complete Junk and very bad support. Think twice before you buy from the VUZE VR people. Not worth the headache trust me..
Useless
I’ve used this camera quite a bit a year ago and wanted to record a few videos last week. No matter what I do, and believe me I’ve tried everything, the app keeps saying the camera isn’t connected.
Can’t connect to camera anymore
Even though I am connected Via WiFi, the app does not show camera connection on my fully updated iPhone 6s+

Seems very well made had lots of Wi-Fi connectivity issue assume can resolve ..can’t believe there is no live preview or even delayed preview, shooting blind!

This camera is really cool but the lack of preview kills the entire experience. PLEASE ADD PREVIEW it will improve the experience exponentially— A GAME CHANGER!

This app is useless. Seriously? Says it offers a preview, but it doesn't.
No Preview!
So far the app is useless. It has no preview, and only adds a start delay timer. Where is the preview that was promised?
Pretty Basic - No Preview
For the price of this device, expected a little better than the basic start stop and a few settings. No longer a preview as mentioned above, cannot view recordings. Pretty much shoot and hope it comes out ok when you render on the PC.
