Dont give them money until they uodate ios app.
Time to refund our money or cancel the whole platform. Headset viewer just spins making the 3d worthless. So much promise when it came out with zero product support.
Firmware Update Requires Cell Data
When using a WiFi only device such as an iPad, the app is unable to update the firmware. The firmware should be able to download while disconnected from the camera so it can be done over WiFi. I had to connect from my phone and download the firmware over slow cellular to get it to work. Not good.

Download to my device
After copy the camera photo or video to my device, i.e., iPhone, I found newly generated fold call vuze from file on my iPhone, but nothing is there. Can not find any files that were downloaded (copy) into my I phone
App and camera are great except...
App is easy to use and has great features. The Vuze XR camera is a pretty amazing piece of technology especially when paired with an oculus quest 2.
My only issue is the broken functionality of the ‘headset’ view within the app. As other reviewers have stated the view spins all around. There something wrong with the app getting info from the phones gyros and maybe accelerometer.
Please fix this issue, it would be great to be able to view 3D content in the field.
Thanks.

Remote good, viewer bad
The remote control aspect of this app works wonderfully. Just like all the other 360 cameras and apps I’ve tried.
The viewer though seems to be broken, especially when you click the “headset view” button to view it by moving the phone around to look at the image. The image instead spins rapidly and you cannot stop it - imagine dropping your phone out of an airplane, that’s how the app behaves. Not sure if it’s meant for an older phone or it just doesn’t recognize the gyroscope in a newer iPhone, but it flat out doesn’t work at all. Vuze needs to update it or figure out whether they want to offer that feature or not.
