Can’t turn off video stabilization
Cant use a fisheye because of the video stabilization, its a good app but I can’t film fisheye using it.

Emergency Faults Found On The VX Skateboarding Camcorder App - Please Read My Review
I have a Sony VX1000 Camcorder and the video frame rate records at 60 fps, Please can you implement 60 fps frame rate on this app so the video will be more smooth and realistic looking plus the W & T zoom buttons should be on the right as more people are right handed and another major problem with your zoom is the app has a step zoom, the Sony VX1000 has a smooth seemless zoom just like the camcorder has, Please download the following app which is free, Rarevision VHS Lite: Retro Cam, this app is free and there will be lots of words on the screen but it still works, please try the W & T zoom buttons and you will see how smooth the zoom range should be but 60 fps is very important, please can you add these things in the next update please, if you want the paid version of that app, the name of the paid version is Rarevision VHS - Retro 80s Cam

Not bad. Picture quality resembles the VX. Unfortunately there aren’t any customizable options to make additional adjustments such as 16:9 & 4:3 along with different frame rates like 24,25,30,60,120 & 240. Would be nice to have the option to be able to turn the phone sideways to record as well. NEEDS MORE MENU OPTIONS & SETTINGS

Amazing, get a fisheye online or at any dollar tree it works like a charm! Saves me a lot from getting a VX. :)

Video looks nice but should have the option to import from camera roll.
Great app and very authentic for that VX look.
I love this app - its the closest ive seen for getting that 3CCD / VX1000 look. Will be 5 stars once i can import videos.

great emu of the vx1000 tho a pity it can’t also emulate the digital artefacts when glitches on the tape would happen

Hugely disappointing
The app’s screenshots show square framed video, but the app doesn't seem to have this feature available. Also supposedly records video in 480 & 720... but only switches between these frame sizes when the app is closed and opened again, plus doesn’t actually record at 480 or 720.
Shows an icon that image stabilizer is set to on, but would appear that it’s off?
It seems that the only feature is a filter to look a bit like an old camcorder(which some apps offer for free) & also looks like they used and mashed together a couple of other app’s graphics. Tried to send a feedback email to address these issues but couldn’t find any anywhere to send it to. Disappointed to say the least

Great App
Very impressed by the color and resolution of the videos. Very similar to the look and feel of the vx cameras. Night mode is a very cool feature as well so is the auto and manual focus. Great job! Will be using this a lot.
Awesome Skateboarding VX app
With VX Cam I am able to create beautiful DV style videos in minutes. Best of all it works at night with night mode which allows you to record all day! I’m happy with my purchase 😀
