Link Payment option not available on the iOS

The Vyapar app works well overall, but the Link Payment / Link Transaction option is not available on the iOS version. This feature is important for managing transactions efficiently and is available on other platforms.

Kindly add support for Link Payment / Link Transaction in the iOS app as soon as possible. It would greatly improve the user experience for iPhone users.

Gold Subscription, Secondary Admin Issue Still Unresolved

I am extremely disappointed that this issue is still unresolved despite being reported nearly a month ago. I am a Gold subscription member, and my friend is correctly added as a Secondary Admin under my account. However, every time he clicks on any feature or menu in the Vyapar app, he is redirected to the subscription page instead of being able to use the app. This makes the Secondary Admin account practically unusable.

I had already reported this issue earlier and was advised to send a screen recording if it happened again. I have attached the video clearly showing the problem. I have also emailed them and messaged them on WhatsApp, but there has still been no proper resolution. As a paying Gold customer, I expected better support and a permanent fix by now. Unfortunately, the issue has reoccurred, and I am disappointed with how long it has taken to address it.

Please investigate this urgently and provide a proper fix. If this continues without resolution, I will have no choice but to reflect my experience in my App Store review.

If you like to operate from multiple devices, then you need to get the license, or else, if you just want to see, then one license is enough to view on multiple devices. Main Basic Service or tools not available for doing business in this application

As we all know that if we do business we have to get GST number and if we sales something services or goods we must raise eway bill, and in this mobile version, they didn’t have that facility, so we must carry system or laptop. And other software companies provide this kind of service, I request to Vyapar team, please provide and avail us the same service as soon as possible.

Could be better

While overall app is ok, there are some issues

- cannot raise eway bills on phone. Which I think would be simple enough to build as it’s just an api call
- Your store manager or the sales person can see your cost price. Honestly, idk why this is needed. Just because of this option, I’m not training my employees to use this application for billing and doing it myself
- Sometimes when I raise a bill on phone after all the details are entered, it says something went wrong which is really frustrating as I have to redo the whole thing again.

Please fix these issues at the earliest possible time frame

Issues with billing,sync and orientation isssue In iPad

First issue is small sync so times doesn’t work when bills are entered simultaneously in two devices

Second issue is when entering sale item it openes a new tab for each item instead of entering it in same page which makes the process of entering multiple items a task

Orientation issue in iPad when changing from landscape to portrait the app goes to small mode and doesn’t work properly

Worst app (updating not happened adter 2 months of complain )

Worst app in updating the app features like government pf india had changed the method of taxing on sin products(tobaco , cigrates ) nd from 1 st feb these changes were applicable that 40% gst is applicable on mrp of these products but this feature of applying gst on mrp is not even updated as on 1 st april when i am writing this review after 2 months it is not applicable other softwares had done this already like this there are many more things which they are not updating i will mention in another review

Best Billing Software For Retail Business

I have been using Vyapar App since 2024, and it is very helpful for my retail business. Billing, stock management, and reports are easy to use. It saves time and makes work smooth. Highly recommended for shop owners.

⭐ 1 Star – Very Poor App & Worst Privacy Control

Vyapar app has serious privacy and management problems, especially for business owners using iPhone.

There is NO privacy between owner and employees.
On iPhone, even when using Salesman options, employees can still see purchase price, stock value, and profit-related data. This is extremely dangerous for any business.

Employees don’t understand taxes, expenses, or profit calculation, but they start questioning owner margins after seeing internal data. Because of this issue, my two employees left my company and it created unnecessary conflict and loss.

I have been complaining continuously for more than 6 months, but Vyapar support has not resolved anything. Every time they give excuses instead of solutions.

It honestly feels like Vyapar company does not even test their app properly on iPhone. My guess is they don’t even own an iPhone to check these problems, which shows how careless and unprofessional they are.

For a paid business app, this level of poor privacy control, bad support, and negligence is unacceptable.
I DO NOT recommend Vyapar to any serious business owner, especially those who have staff and use iPhones.

Very disappointing experience.

Excellent App

I have been using this app for more than 3 years and it’s very user friendly and helpful for my business. Only thing is in App Store the version is not yet updated and hence u couldn’t check my GSTR2 report. I request the team to kindly upgrade the app version in App Store too. So that GSTR2 Will be visible in the report section. Thanks.

Whatsapp issue

I had been using this from 1 year .literally i had complaint them at least 5-7 times , i am using desktop app and there is feature automatically send message to party after making sell but whatsapp getting logout in every three to four days , i had made that complaint atleast 3 time but it getting same again and again and nowdays even i am login it send message from vyapar not from WhatsApp , so i am done from it so complaining everywhere where i can

Pro forma invoice / estimate to Sale bill conversion option needed

Performa invoice to sale bill conversion option is needed. I’ve been a user of this app for almost 6–7 years, and since shifting to iOS last year, it seems this essential feature is now missing.

invoice issue IOS

I am using Vyapar on iPhone for my business billing. Whenever I try to create and save an invoice, the app shows an error saying “Something went wrong. Try again later. Please check the permissions given to the application.” and the invoice does not get saved. All required permissions (storage, internet, etc.) are already enabled, but the issue continues and is affecting my daily billing work. Please fix this bug urgently and provide a stable update for iOS users.
