The best banking institution I have ever banked with!
It’s after 7AM and no customer service representatives are available
Per both the app and website, starting 7 AM Eastern standard time customer service is supposed to be working. it is after 7:30 and I repeatedly get the message that there are no customer service representatives available…. Come on, VyStar!
The app doesn’t work
I had an error most of the day. So I figured it was just updating or doing maintenance. Now the app looks like it should be working. I can enter my username and password to log in. But none of the other buttons work. Clicking on sign in does nothing. Hitting tap to use fingerprint to sign in doesn’t work. I can’t even click on forgot my password or whatever. I didn’t forget my log in information, I was simply trying to see if that would take me to another screen where I could sign in finally. But nope it still doesn’t work.

Horrible app
My app has not worked on my brand new iPhone since January 2026. It is now June 7th? The log in button does not do its job. no one can figure out the issue? I’m out of state and need to deposits my checks lol stupid app and clueless company
“One-time verification”
Every single time I log in I need a text verification even though it tells you it’s a one time verification. Needs to be fixed for good.

I have been a customer for about 15 years. I have always had a pleasant relationship with them.
I had a problem with money being taken out of my account.?They solved it. I refinanced my auto and have had multiple transactions with this bank with no problem.

Online Access on IPhone
Have not been able to open up the Online banking on my phone for months. Have tried everything that my carrier suggested.

Vystar app and vystar is horrible
I have been a vystar member for 7 years, and there has always been problems with this bank. This app never works, I can never log in using the app, it always makes me use the website. They make it impossible to update your email or phone number I have called 3 times and the representatives say they’ll update information and never do. Overall just a mess. Do better or just delete the app

Worse bank ever
I’ve never left a review but VyStar has gone downhill. The app is horrible and God forbid you’re stuck somewhere and need to make urgent transfers, nothing works absolutely it’s so frustrating.

VyStar needs to get in the game
VyStar has been nothing but a problem for these last 10 years!! I’ve been with VyStar since I turned 18. The new and improved app that they worked on for years is an absolute mess. Not really any features, every option takes you somewhere else to log in. Im not sure if they’re intentionally being ran into the ground?? Speaking back on the app, I have a white screen and can’t seem to get any banking info. Hoping I find another bank soon since this has been frustrating.

Love the app just wish they would update to need a 4-6 digit code vs having to enter the password every time.
Don’t try to deposit online checks!
So there is a maximum deposit limit for checks. I totally get that they are covering themselves. I followed their rules for deposit to the letter and some random Moondick declined them. These were cashiers checks from a major bank! The bigger they grow the worse they get.

The login screen doesn’t even work and hasn’t worked for months.
Consistent issues with app.
There is constantly a new issue with this app. Atleast every other week it doesn’t let me log in for various reasons. I don’t prefer to go online because it’s risky. But this app, boy does it push you. I’ve used this app for 4 years now and there is ALWAYS a problem.
