Inaccuracy in
Made a mobile deposit on 8/2/26 , showed pending all weekend. Checked Monday morning and the pending deposit was GONE and NO DEPOSIT EVER SHOWED!
Tried to deposit check again and said duplicate transaction. HOW ARE YOU ABLE TO TRUST A BANK THAT OPERATES THIS WAY?? NO WAY TO CHECK THE TOTAL AMOUNT IF IT INCLUDES THE CHECK!! Someone needs to fix this!!!

Money
This app is really good and useful to get your money efficiently and optimally. The only issue I would say is that sometimes you will get hit by a delayed payment when you’ve already paid for something, but it doesn’t take the money so that would sometimes leave you in a negative without you noticing.

BUGGY EVERY UPDATE
Every. single. time. this retched bank updates their app, it’s completely useless. just stop. HAVE YOU GUYS LEARNED NOTHING? every time i try to log in it says “data isn’t in the correct format” my username and password? I would love to switch banks to one that doesn’t actively try locking people out of their accounts.

enroll in banking system doesn’t work!!
I don’t usually write reviews because i don’t care enough to but this app does not work. I can’t even enroll for my banking account because everytime i enter a username it says it’s invalid, something wrong with the pattern, or someone else has taken the name. I have tried over 30+ different combinations and all of them come back the same. Someone needs to fix this immediately!!!

I can't sign in to Vystar because none of the links work on OS 17.7.11. I have a very old iPad. Please fix it.

It’s after 7AM and no customer service representatives are available
Per both the app and website, starting 7 AM Eastern standard time customer service is supposed to be working. it is after 7:30 and I repeatedly get the message that there are no customer service representatives available…. Come on, VyStar!
The app doesn’t work
I had an error most of the day. So I figured it was just updating or doing maintenance. Now the app looks like it should be working. I can enter my username and password to log in. But none of the other buttons work. Clicking on sign in does nothing. Hitting tap to use fingerprint to sign in doesn’t work. I can’t even click on forgot my password or whatever. I didn’t forget my log in information, I was simply trying to see if that would take me to another screen where I could sign in finally. But nope it still doesn’t work.

Horrible app
My app has not worked on my brand new iPhone since January 2026. It is now June 7th? The log in button does not do its job. no one can figure out the issue? I’m out of state and need to deposits my checks lol stupid app and clueless company
“One-time verification”
Every single time I log in I need a text verification even though it tells you it’s a one time verification. Needs to be fixed for good.

I have been a customer for about 15 years. I have always had a pleasant relationship with them.
I had a problem with money being taken out of my account.?They solved it. I refinanced my auto and have had multiple transactions with this bank with no problem.

Have not been able to open up the Online banking on my phone for months. Have tried everything that my carrier suggested.

I have been a vystar member for 7 years, and there has always been problems with this bank. This app never works, I can never log in using the app, it always makes me use the website. They make it impossible to update your email or phone number I have called 3 times and the representatives say they’ll update information and never do. Overall just a mess. Do better or just delete the app

Worse bank ever
I’ve never left a review but VyStar has gone downhill. The app is horrible and God forbid you’re stuck somewhere and need to make urgent transfers, nothing works absolutely it’s so frustrating.

VyStar needs to get in the game
VyStar has been nothing but a problem for these last 10 years!! I’ve been with VyStar since I turned 18. The new and improved app that they worked on for years is an absolute mess. Not really any features, every option takes you somewhere else to log in. Im not sure if they’re intentionally being ran into the ground?? Speaking back on the app, I have a white screen and can’t seem to get any banking info. Hoping I find another bank soon since this has been frustrating.
