Able to pay once in monthly in case of any dues not possible to pay through the application. It’s taking much time for updating

When something goes wrong with your payment and try to contact customer care, the chat option doesn’t work and the call option is literally the worst . They take your call they don’t even listen to your issue and are totally rude. An utterly stupid app.
