Budget watch with an app not fit for purpose
This sub-standard “health” watch has recently had its companion app updated. Before this it was barely functional, many of the measurements including the most basic ones such as step count were inaccurate. Since the update the app has become less user friendly, these misleading statistics are now not even viewable via the app.

Terrible
Don’t download the updated version. The OTP system doesn’t work at all. You will be locked out of your Helo Smart App and unable to do anything at all. There is no backup to get into the app either. If I could rate it a negative 10 I would. Absolutely terrible.

I love being able to track my steps, moods and energy levels through out the day. I would love to be able to view my moods for the previous day, when I click on the date it opens the calendar but when I select the previous date nothing happens. Other than that, I love it.

Easy Set-Up
I’m on my third device and every time connects immediately and can access all notification options. I get continuous recording of my data and received monthly reports. My latest device the lite version linked flawlessly.
