Nothing is loading since the update
I received a message and when I go into the app all I get is blank profiles everywhere even mine. It ask me to add an email and verify. I am not sure why I need to do my email again. I have been a paying member for over 4 years. When I try to enter my email nothing happens. I get no email to verify my email.
I cant contact support unless my email is verified.

Latest update ruined the app
Big fan of the app but I can’t do anything with the latest update. Nothing loads anymore which is a bummer. Hopefully it can be fixed soon!
Don’t work with apple os
The new version doesn’t work at all with iOS 26.3.1 (23D8133). Picture don’t come, localisation doesn’t work. The app ask me for a email adresse and my profile is empty. I am in Spain with a French phone

Thanks for the detailed feedback. We identified issues affecting some users on iOS with version 2.10.0 that could impact profile loading, pictures, localisation, and email verification. These issues have been fixed in newer releases. Please update to the latest version and contact us at support@wbear.lgbt if you continue experiencing problems.
Locked out. 🗑️
After this last update, it asks for me to update my email address, yet never sends me an email to verify. I’m locked out, but they’re sure still taking my money. Ridiculous. It was fine before.
Not fixed; Still freezes
The last update says it fixes the freezing issue. It does not. I don’t understand why these guys can’t get it right.

O problema já foi corrigido na versão 2.10.1, que já está disponível. Por favor atualize a aplicação para a versão mais recente e tudo deverá voltar a funcionar normalmente. It’s a useless app with the latest release.
Since update, clicking on profiles freezes the app.
This app has never been stellar, but it’s been fine. Unfortunately, after the most recent app update, clicking on any profile or photo freezes the app. I’ve logged out and back in, I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it, nothing makes it work like it once did. (I have the latest iPhone and the latest version of iOS) I have unlock requests that are just sitting there unfulfilled, because the app is broken. These guys must think I’m a jerk. It’s extra bad, because they charge monthly to use this app with all of its functionality. The “functionality” is fundamentally broken.

Awful app
Very buggy. Won’t remember sign, ins or passwords. No help from the sports chair unable to delete my account.
Freezes
I have been a longtime member, but ever since the latest update rolled out, it constantly freezes and is unusable. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling, etc.

If you're in Europe don't expect to see many profiles, the app is ok, you can't filter results, it's just based on worldwide or local, you can't differentiate between anything else. You get endless requests to view your private information/images and most of them are from people you wouldn't have any interest in. You need to be able to set your preferences and only those that meet them can make requests. I gave it a chance, it's not there yet but who knows maybe it will improve.

No support for harassment
There is a local guy on the app that ruins this for me. He continually creates the same new profile and tells me he wants me in his bed. He just says “want you” and “need you”. When I say no thank you he becomes abusive and deletes his profile. He does this every few weeks. I have reported him to W Bear but he is never removed from the app. His phone needs to be blocked from the app. He continually creates new profiles. I am now in the process of reporting this to the police. There is literally no support from W Bear. You cannot contact them and reporting a profile only blocks them for you. It does nothing to keep others safe.

Sluggish and hardly updated
The app is cool and everything but it has issues that haven’t been solved in years. Like that it takes ages to refresh its norifications which get stuck for days
Oh good, the once in a blue moon update
Good news, the crashing bug with removing your own access to someone’s private photos is fixed. Bad news, scrolling through any of the “members” lists will still show the same people over and over again.
Maybe some day the app will let you search by tags, or not reset to the worldwide page after leaving for more than 4 seconds

terrible user interface/design — never made a meaningful connection like I have in other apps..

Gestion honteuse pour une telle appli
Administrateurs non impartiaux qui autorisent certains profils à enfreindre les regles et censurent les profils qui ne les interessent pas . Deception totale !
