All payments and refunds are processed directly by the App Store, not by us. We do not have access to users’ cards and cannot manually charge or refund anyone. If a user experiences a billing issue, the correct way to request a refund is through reportaproblem.apple.com, where Apple reviews each case individually. If the app is not functioning properly for someone, we absolutely want to help resolve it. Technical issues are never intentional, and we continuously work to improve performance and reliability.
