This app doesn’t work
My account number and zip code aren’t letting me login to the app. And the contact link in the app doesn’t work.
App Renders Digital Subscription Useless
This malfunctioning app does not allow users to login due to a "server connection error." Do NOT purchase a subscription to W magazine to use it digitally when not only is this app inaccessible but only available to download on the iPad and not iPhone. Conde Naste has the responsibility to upgrade their digital products or pull this app from the App Store and stop advertising falsely to their audience that digital version of W magazine is available.

Absolutely useless, doesn’t work, and makes me wonder why Condé Nast has their name on such a worthless product.

What’s wrong with the server? It has you go through all the steps but you can’t successfully sign in. Please fix this! Thanks!

I paid for a years digital subscription and am unable to open the app. A window pops up stating an error has occurred.. please let us know what is the status of this app. Or send a physical subscription
Useless App
I haven’t been able to access my account from my iPad no even once! Every time I tried I get Error: "There was a problem contacting the server. Please try again later"
I contacted customer service and they said “We have fixed the problem. Please try again.” I still cannot access it! What a waste of time and money.

They don’t know what they are doing
Subscribed and paid money simply for the digital version but the app doesn’t work
I paid for a yearly subscription mainly for the digital version and I can’t even access it! Everytime I try to sign in, there is a server connection error, meanwhile all my other apps run just fine. Fix the app so or please send me a digital issue that I already paid for, jeez.

Text isn't legible unless you zoom in. This hasn't been designed for a tablet, it's basically a pdf of the print version.
Great magazine
I love this, I get lots of different magazines on iPad and love the varied choice of US, Canadian, French and Australian magazines I can now enjoy, I also love many other international mags available, as well as loads of UK ones (this is the main reason I bought my iPad). This app is easy to use and I love the magazine - it is easy and fun to read, so far no problems.

Could be so much better
I can't figure out why Conde Nast can make Vogue's digital version so good and W so bad. It's impossible to read any of the articles because you have to enlarge the pages and when you do, they're blurry. This is an effortless and failed digital version of the print magazine. Don't waste your money.

Here's a thought-diversify. I am not interested in race matters. However, I couldn't help but noticed that 99.9% are white. I mean, you could put an Indian, Chinese, Spanish, or Black model in from time-to-time. It detracts from ANY point this publication is trying to make besides appeal to those with money.

Love this mag... Only bummer is that once you download it , it doesn't appear on the screen , you always have to search for it. But it is a great app if you admire fashion
