Super disappointed

So, where to start. My family booked a room with 3 beds, so kids can sleep separately. However we got 2 bedrooms and one den with no bedding set. I was calling and ask for bedding set forever and still didn’t get what I’ve been asking for. Cleaning/styling. The floors were dirty all the time, even after I asked to mop it, we continued to see someone’s hair on the floor after every cleaning session. Not to mention this took them hours for just make beds and moving my cosmetic around. And after all, the hotel decided to charge us for an extra person. Have no idea what was that about, maybe that thin blanket for my kid with no bedding set. Very disappointed.

I truly enjoy my stay at the W South Beach when in Miami as a traveling Nurse and the Apostoli live Band is AMAZING!!! It was my Birthday and the lead singer acknowledged my day…… Simply AMAZING
