Simply a garbage product
It makes a lot of background noise when recording. It is full of bugs. It’s motion detector is something random not truly motion detection. The latest update is worse than before. It shows it is online but there is no live image. I have to hit the reload button many times or move to other pages and it may start working. Just a piece of garbage that I regret I purchased from this company.

Whole thing does not work
The app doesn’t sync with the alarm, I’m no dummy to tech but this just does not work at all for me. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app, tried syncing it 25+ times. Sometimes it connects but nothing comes up on the app. Other times it doesn’t at all.
This alarm system was a waste of money. Do not recommend.

Faltam atualizações.
O app tem um bom formato, fácil de manusear, porém, tem falhas frequentes quando usado em outras redes de internet, não a doméstica onde o alarme se encontra instalado. Acredito que atualizações mais frequentes possam sanar as falhas. Uso o app com o IOS11. Atualizem o app, por favor.
Barely ok
The Smart Switch controller crashes the program and can’t be accessed anymore. I bought 4 smart switches that are now useless. Also, the app used to identify the sensor in alarm, now only identifies the zone. When batteries on sensors get low they go into alarm mode frequently and now you can’t identify the sensor to replace the battery.

Since last 2 updates the “smart home button” does not work using iphone (any), please fix this bug.

Mixed bag
When system works has worked well. Have had issues multiple times and not sure that I would waste my time setting it all up again, but for now working well. Would be nice if the zone alarm notification would also display the name of the room. Would also be nice if multiple phones could access the account but the system is bound to one device.

Improved system with bugs remaining
Notification works well, but it just states the zone number, neither the name nor the sensor. Also the smart home/plugs aren't working in the app, always shuts down the app!
