Stopped working
I see several reviews from this year describing exactly the same issue I’m having. Used to love app, have had year subscription for over 4 years, stopped working, getting the loading wheel, tried everything and now can’t even log back in as it won’t let me go forward to even do that as described by others. I see no communication from developer on those reviews. I also had emailed them and got no response. Seems to be a hopeless case so I’m unsubscribing before my next renewal. What I’ve paid for this year’s subscription is going to waste sadly.

Frustratingly broken
This app never got past the introduction page. Froze every time I tried to use it!
Issue of signing in
I used to love this app but now I can’t even sign in.

It use to be a good app and redownload it the other day again and now it’s just not doing anything at all anymore.

This app does not work. They took my mine and the app does not get past the intro page and there is not app support.

I miss W1D1 so much that I still can't accept that it doesn't work. If there is a way to save it, please do. The creators of this app are great. Beautiful project rip🪽🪽
A promising intro, until the app froze 🥲
Loved the intro to the app and the UI / Design and was super excited to dive deeper - However, unfortunately upon reaching the “Any Topics That Interest You?” stage of the intro, it seems to just freeze, and no topics are populated for the user to select?
Thought it was perhaps my phone glitching, so I offloaded the app and re-installed in the hope I’d be greater with a choice of topics to choose from, alas, ‘twas not meant to be 🥲
Can’t seem to skip that stage / screen to continue on the journey, as the [Continue] CTA is disable, so the only alternative is the return to the first step. Leaving me stuck between the promise of a creative adventure and the unsatisfied anticipation of furthering my user journey.

Would love for this little hiccup to be ironed out so we can all enjoy what the app has to offer? 🙏🏼

The app isn’t working
I love the idea of this app. Three years ago, I briefly used it and it was inspiring and useful. I just came back to it and find that I can’t get it to function. I get the loading wheel, nothing responds. So, I deleted the app and reinstalled it. I got as far as the “what specific topics do you like” page but it won’t let me answer and it won’t go past that page. I have been paying for a subscription for years now, please help so I can use it

Couldn’t wait, now couldn’t open it
I was so excited to use this app, as I really need to grow my creativity, but it won’t let me finish logging in. It asks me “Any specific topics you’re into?” But it shows no way to answer, and won’t let me continue.
Pls change back the feed
I really like this app it’s concept is perfect!! But the feed has been changed to the dark and simple one the bright one before was very atheistic 🥹pls pls change it back to the artistic style one!!

I really want to use the app but sadly I can’t get past the login screen. It buffers for over 30 minutes and then crashes. hopefully this will get fixed!

Not Working?
Is this App no longer working? It just spins and spins. And obviously I guess it’s not working because support page says Error 404

I loved this app, but it just stopped working. I tried redownloading, turning my phone on and off, etc., but nothing seems to work.

I have tried to download and use this app multiple times. I can’t get past the loading screen. I’d love to use this app but I can’t and I’m very disappointed. Hopefully, it will get fixed at some point.
Stopped working
Sadly, my app isn’t working. I tried to restart - logged out, uninstalled/reinstalled, all the things but I can’t get past the page where asks what I’m interested in. It offers no options and gives no way to skip or continue. It’s supposed to renew in April, I hope it’s fixed before then.
Broken?
I used to love this app. The prompts are thought provoking and I love being able to customize the daily challenges. However, at some point the app just stopped working for me. I deleted the app and reinstalled, but now I can’t even login. I just get the loading wheel icon spinning indefinitely. Tried to access app support but even that is not working and “cannot be found”. My phone and app are updated to the most recent versions so it must be something on the developer’s side. Hope they fix it soon.

Doesn’t work
I used to love this app, but now when I opened it everything is blacked out and I can’t engage with the app at all. Started after I paid for the yearly subscription too- not sure if it’s a coincidence. Seems like whoever was running it abandoned ship or it doesn’t work in the US
