Through W8, we enable restaurant customers to join a virtual line anywhere by simply filling out their information on a mobile phone/tablet. We then offer them an option to join a Fast Pass line to skip ahead and save time. Once a user has reached the front of the line, they will be sent text messages or email to remind them to be at the location, allowing them to be seated quickly and efficiently.
