Good but has flaws
Generally works well, but for some reason wouldn’t let me continue using the app after placing an order - was stuck in the order section. I had to close the app and start it back up before being able to order more items.
Awful app
Horrendous app. At a place with only 5 options. Wanted a pint from one, cocktail from another and food from 2 different vendors. App doesn’t let you go back to choose something else. Randomly freezes. Asks for a tip before you’ve even had your food????? Aye lads have 10% despite the fact the food took 40 minutes when the app said 10. Feels like covid times. Horrendous.

The worst table service app I’ve come across
Does it really need to be this hard? The menu is extremely clunky and difficult to navigate around. To cap it off, the W8R logo appeared on my phone and I couldn’t do anything with the app. Eventually I had to go inside the pub to order my food manually; just like olden times, pre-Covid.
Take a leaf out of Weatherspoon’s app, or many other equally good apps out there!

The amount of unnecessary data harvesting is ridiculous. Anyone would think that they were trying to start a relationship with you.
Heineken Bar
Wowww what a fantastic venue. This is the first time I’ve entered this venue since the odeon. Marnie who works in the Heineken bar, she was a fantastic Member of staff. The stack should be very very proud of people like her, even though she ran out of the bar cos of a wasp 🐝🐝🤣🤣🤣🤣. Well done marnie
