The items are always fresh and speedy delivery but the app hangs too often and is very slow for a e-commerce website

Lots of issues with the app
Used to be good, now becoming worse. Lots of issues with the app, sessions keep getting terminated and keep asking you to update the app every 2-3days. Overpriced items. Earlier app was much better.
Search criteria is very poor and user-friendly

Excellent service but a horrible app!
Every update adds to the problems. Does not enhance the features and neither is it user friendly. The old app worked perfectly well. I can’t see or use the points I get with every order. The latest update shuts down the app every few seconds.
Cheating ???
I orders 15 items and only 5 were delivered. The delivery man throw the item in front, press calling bell and went off. No time to check. Now no one is picking up the helpline as well… this is cheating??? Seems like!!!!

Cannot see the price of anything. It comes up as NaN. Slow to load. Old app was fine, not sure why this buggy version has been released without any testing.
