Could be better
Constantly crashes when attempting to do anything bearing any amount of workload. Other than that, it’s a decent app.

Weekly trash pick-up
This app is a great way to be reminded of trash pick-up day — I do have a schedule on my refrigerator in order to keep track of recycle weeks or holidays — all I have to do is call & the schedule is mailed right after the 1st of the year — thanx to the city of Waco .

Love that the City offers this app. I check it often, and actually love the reminders it provides. I felt like leaving a review after it helped me remember it was early pickup due to Thanksgiving lol! Thanks Waco!
Favorite App
I love this app. I used to log onto the website every week to check if it was yard waste or recycling week. It’s a small thing, but in a busy day to day I love that the app notifies me which pick up week it is. We have also missed an occasional trash pick up because of busy work schedules and forgetting what day it was. The app notifications make sure I never forget!

It is nice to have notifications of change in refuse schedule. The other notifications for other services are sure nice!

Trash Pick up
The app is very helpful!
I still call every Friday to have my trash picked up BECAUSE they’re too LAZY to walk to the top of the driveway and pick it up! I have a MEDICAL LETTER ON FILE BECAUSE I CANT GO DOWN THE DRIVEWAY WITH THE GARBAGE CAN IN A WHEELCHAIR! 18 months I’ve lived here and either talk with Sarah or Kim almost every Friday! PLEASE CORRECT THIS, pick up the garbage can at the top up the driveway, and make sure you put it back where it is so you don’t block my car which resides in the garage.
