WACUSA - Flight Navigator

WACUSA is an aviation navigation app designed for the United States, offering up-to-date VFR and IFR aeronautical charts, including Sectional Charts, Terminal Area Charts (TAC), IFR Enroute Low, IFR Enroute High, and Terminal Procedures such as Instrument Approach Procedures (IAP), Departure Procedures (DP/SID), Standard Terminal Arrival Routes (STAR), and Airport Diagrams. The app also provides real-time weather resources such as radar and satellite imagery, SIGMET information, wind charts, and SIGWX charts. WACUSA works for real flights and with flight simulators, including Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020, Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, X-Plane 10, X-Plane 11, and X-Plane 12. Now you can have a GPWS-style system in the palm of your hand. GPWS is a Ground Proximity Warning System. With it, you can hear audio alerts related to terrain proximity and the aircraft’s height above the ground. The app also includes a complete Weight and Balance module, allowing you to configure aircraft, passengers, baggage, cargo, and fuel, calculate weight, moment, and center of gravity (CG), check operational limits, and view balance envelopes in a clear and intuitive graphical format. With WACUSA, you can create routes using markers added manually on the map, by coordinates, or by searching for cities, navaids, waypoints, airports, and heliports. Once the location system finds your position, the app provides navigation information such as ground speed (GS), altitude, magnetic heading, magnetic course, ETA, ETO, leg distance, distance to markers, flight time, elapsed time, and the aircraft’s current position. You can also save and open routes whenever needed. All navigation information is displayed in a clear and easy-to-understand way. This app does not replace certified aircraft instruments or official aviation sources. Always use approved and appropriate means to ensure safe navigation.
