Extremely bad experience with Wade!
I ordered only a few salads from a restaurant, but the experience was extremely disappointing. It took more than 20 minutes just to accept the order, and then the restaurant took around one hour to prepare it. On top of that, the estimated delivery time was more than 30 minutes.
What made the experience even worse was the customer service. There was no proper support or effective response to my issue, and I felt like no one was actually trying to help.
For a simple order of salads, waiting this long is completely unacceptable. The whole process was slow, frustrating, and poorly managed.
I strongly recommend avoiding Wade. I value my time, and this service completely wasted it. I’ve deleted the app from my phone and won’t be using it again. Very disappointing experience!

Absolute worst application
The support is extremely unreliable in solving your issues and they cancel whenever there’s an inconvenience so they can pretend it was an “accidental” cancellation of said order—if you’re seeing whether this is a good app or not, DO NOT download it

Steal the wallet
Very disappointing and unacceptable experience. The app deducted/stole the money from my in-app wallet without my permission, and I was unable to recover my balance. This is extremely frustrating and raises serious concerns about the security and reliability of the service. I strongly advise users to be careful when adding money to their wallet. The company should investigate this issue and return the missing balance immediately.
