Wagamamas stamps
I visit Wagamamas often and I was told to get the app. However, I went recently and I asked the waitress why I haven’t gotten anymore stamps as I had paid through the app and she told me that sometimes it takes time to update. It has been 2 and a half weeks since this and Iv had zero updates I spent £40+ and got zero stamps the app needs some serious improvement!!!

500th Review and rightly so a 5 star rating, this app makes splitting bills a breeze. Also great for having a gander at what you want ahead of time and seeing all the latest dishes!

An excellent app that helps me earn rewards, and pay for my meal when at the store. Really easy to use, and no problems with sign up or anything. Great job guys, can’t wait to get enough stamps for a free yaki soba!

It’s incredibly easy to lose your order by clicking out accidentally. Could be better.
Their rewards are clickbait for you to install the app
I downloaded the app because in wagamama they tell you to download the app to get free edamame. And then tell you that your initial order doesn’t have edamame and you can’t get anything.

For its purpose, I think it’s great! It’s so easy to use and clear, for example when you’re splitting the bill with friends and tracking your stamps.
I definitely would recommend this if you go to Wagamama often!

Great app
I haven’t had a problem with this app so far, and it’s definitely a perk to be able to collect stamps and get freebies. Easy to pay the bill too.
First time
Very easy to set up and engage with, also fast to pay the bill and make it to the show adjacent to restaurant. Only slight criticism would be some means of showing the server as we rushed out to get to show on time was something that’s shows clearly the bill is paid.
Nice UX, couldn’t redeem rewards
App seems intuitive and nice features - good looking too. However not able to redeem sign-up reward of ‘edamame’ despite having edamame. Not got confidence earning all the stamps to get any more rewards will enable me to redeem it. Bug needs fixing!

Really easy to use app BUT where have the recipes etc gone that were there previously? I miss those!

Good app that is easy to use. Makes it easy to split the bill when out with friends.

Rewards are great but they still owe me stamps for Deliveroo orders, plus would be nice to be able to order via the app too

Nice little treat you forget how quickly it tots up and I got a free meal when out with my friend. I would be going anyway so a little reward. The app is easy to use I can check in when I visit and it adds my points, easy to pay without waiting
