Great Customer Service
I bought a plane ticket and online gift card so far. It didn't work once or twice and once it wrongly charged me and took a few weeks to refund... But customer service was always quick and thoughtful... Great Job! : )
Basic App
It works, but you only get current balance, send and receive. There is no way to see a list of transactions.
It also doesn't use a different bitcoin address for every time you want to receive bitcoin. As a consequence of that, it is trivially easy to look up all of the transactions for a particular wallet on blockchain.info.
Depending on your point of view, the second thing may partially fix the first issue, but at the cost of some privacy.

It is just better than coin base
Like mentioned in the title, this UI is just easier to use and more beautiful. But I am looking forward to the fact that they can add the Bitcoin Debit Card function onto it since I know they are issuing and I already have one myself and have been using it ,
