Customer service non existent; technology does NOT work (when it issues loans, it doesn’t know how to recalculate your limit after you’ve paid it back); how did a company in Australia get licenses to operate anywhere in Canada? Absolute trash. Just doesn’t work. Choose a local lender.

I had a good start with this company , 2 separate advances both I paid on time. Then I get another text saying I’m eligible, I go apply says I’m not eligible and to wait another week; once again another text stating I can get an advance and once again I apply and they say wait another week. I make good money and have a great full time job, yet I’m turned down time and time again. This company needs to change its ways.

Not for the self employed
It might give you an option to select self employed, but because payments change job to job, the automation does not recognize the e-transfers or cheque deposits unless you get paid the same days month after month… which for every self employed person, we know that’s not how it works. Had a few technical issues with the app during application process, so a bit glitchy imo, needs work… and updating to actually be efficient for self employed people too.
