Can’t order through the app
I wish you were able to place to go orders and view the menu through the app. That would make it a lot more useful. The locations feature also only shows places in CA.

No matter how many times I try to use it, it does not work anymore. I used to need to power my phone down and reset. That stopped working. Now it says my email/password is invalid. I have reset it over and over, no help. I tried to set up my account again but that didn’t work either. I lost all my points and can’t access it any longer.

Add $ to app for purchase???
Of all the food apps this one has to be a joke! The need to add $ to the app in order to purchase is truly outdated. Deleted this app until they fix this

Can’t use app to order food
I’m a little surprised this app doesn’t allow ordering of food. It seems like that’s the #1 purpose of restaurants apps. Its a shame, I really like wahoos, if the app supported ordering I would go there more often.

Registration requires a text message.
No food menu, no way to get credit from receipt, distances in the US in km. App says I earned a coupon but no way to retrieve it. If I remember it at the restaurant I may use it, but wouldn't recommend in its current state.

What’s the point
You can’t even order from the app.

I eat here everyday and scan everyday and accumulate absolutely no points. App DOES NOT work

The map doesn’t work. No cart, no menu. Why push the app on your site if it doesn’t even come close to working. I love the food but the app is a disgrace.

Never works when scanning at restaurant
Pretty much all this app is supposed to do is track rewards points you earn and spend.
The Wahoos we go to always tells me “it doesn’t work but you can try” when I scan my code on the app. This reply is annoying in a multitude of ways but really boils down to the fact that the app cannot perform its singular function and this is almost the definition of useless.

Pointless reward system
Single taco purchase 5 points. $55 group food purchase 5 points. Only 2 visits did I receive any points because the cash registers didn’t work. Why even bother?

Should have read the reviews before downloading. Thought that maybe I could use this to do something like order food. Don’t really know what this is used for. Delete.

They require you to consent to emails. Nope!
I’ll go when I want to go, which is often. But I don’t need any more emails. So never finished enrolling and deleted the app.
