App wasn’t the best to begin with but now it won’t even load and no one seems concerned about fixing it.

App worked great at a time when our little one did not want to go sit for hours at a clinic. Thanks for offering such a great service and app!
Useless
You must be in the waiting room to keep your place in the que. They work all walk ins in front of you so if you check in on line early in the morning it does not matter, you must still go there and wait or else they will just let everyone go in front of you and they never get to you before closing, this is what happened to me.
