A veritable non-functional user experience
I didn’t need to use this app for very long to come to this conclusion. The version as of this date (8/31/2021) seemed to pull up restaurant searches okay. But after selecting the restaurant and presented with the menu tiles in an expanded panel, scrolling down the panel and pausing to look, it reset the scroll back to the top and would not allow scrolling again unless going back to the search.

Doesn’t work at all. Tried to order from Twigs, kept hopping back to the top of the menu, couldn’t select anything. Useless.

App won’t let me order. Wasted 25 minutes trying to fill out the same address and credit card forms. App is broken. Website has same problems. This company should just die.

App is completely non-functional. Tried to order by phone, very unaccommodating for a delivery company. Has minimum order but won’t tell you that until you’ve spent an hour trying to order from them. Not kind or helpful. Requires far more personal information than necessary. Unsafe.
Very buggy/broken app
This app is so buggy and broken. Menus sometimes don’t load or jumps back to the top or app shuts down unexpectedly. Very frustrating to use and navigate.
Given the choice, this app wouldn’t be my first pick. Only using this app since neither Uber eats or Postmates are in my area.

Great app for this local favorite
I order from Waiter's about once a week and they always have hot, fast delivery and great service, even on Thursdays on First! I love that they are a Minnesota business and support local restaurants. Glad they got an app now, it's more convenient.
