App options
Your app needs a lot of work. I could not figure out how to add a cashier, waiter, tables, the menus it self, discount options, tips, tip option, add CashApp, Zelle. I have to jump back and fourth on the menu. Too many things. If you would like my opinion let me know and I will work with you to make your app better. I currently use a different app.

Glitches and recommendations
Good app but I don’t like how you can’t add your own ingredients (Ex. Oranges) also many bugs you also need to make it so it is on a account so that a chef has the list of the waiter on there phone or computer
Five stars
I absolutely love this app so do my staff. It is extremely easy to take orders at the start. It was hard to understand but after a little bit of working me and my staff understand much more than I would 100% get in this app if you need a menu to manage.
Comparability
Used to love using this app, however it’s not compatible on iPhone 11 as adverts block buttons.
Has potential
This could be a great app, and we would even pay for it, if tech support were available. After 6 attempts at contacting tech support, we’ve given up and cancelled our monthly subscription.

This app needs more food options and I wish it had a lot more drink options and payment options

I’m just trialling it at the moment - it’s a big decision and takes a lot of time to set up anew POS system for a business - find it strange there is no human to call to with any questions

Password Recovery
I had been using Waiter Pad but then forgot my log in code. There is no way to recover it because during initial setup they did not ask for an email. So now I am looking elsewhere for an app as good.

I like the setup of this app. Works good for my restaurant. I want to upgrade to the pro version for $24.99 but it doesn't tell me if it'll be a one time payment, or a reoccurring monthly payment. I'm trying to contact the creator but nothing. Anyone know?
