Yes, I have done all the settings. Does not work while I am on the property. Cannot find my location when in the building. Hospital is under constant construction. No clue where we are most of the time. Plus side is most ‘employees’ try to help in giving directions.

The only section of the hospital this app shows me is Cancer Center. If I try and ask it directions it only shows cancer center. If I use find me now., again it thinks I’m only in Cancer Center and does not locate me. If you are looking for diff departments good luck!!

The Wake Forest Medical Center wayfinder is an essential tool in getting me where I need to be when I need to be there. With all of the changes happening at various campuses I find this app to be very useful in helping me navigate through any recent facility alterations and detours. I didn’t know how I was able to make my way around the hospital system before downloading this. It’s very clear and easy to use, I find it to be clean and concise without any ads or complex interface. This is absolutely a necessary accessory for anyone that needs assistance making it to their destination safely and without confusion. I simply open the app and follow the dot on my locational route, no more getting lost or trying to read signage at every corner and every turn. Instead of finding someone to direct me I let the wayfinder guide me. This is a great app and it’s very well made. Thank you for making this available to anyone needing directions to and from as well as within the Wake Forest Medical Center Campuses.
