Can't control the surfer. She just disappears! Don't get it!

You probably are in touch only mode. You must slide your finger on screen to control surfer. Tap the motion control speedometer on bottom left of screen to control the surfer by tilting and twisting your phone.
Crap.
No idea what is happening. No instruction or actual gameplay. Don't waste your time......
Best game ever
The controls are spot on. The game is sure to be da bomb. Recommend for all ages 4-4000. I've been wake surfing for 40 years and this is the is a great learning experience.
