Doesn’t Function Properly

The app never logs me in it logs me out and says unforeseen error I’ve contacted the school and they said theirs nothing the can do .

It would be a great app—if it worked

This app does not even list my current courses. It lists the courses I completed a year ago, and I cannot get it to update to this term. Unless
I can get to my current term, there is nothing on the app that I can use.

Needs A Major Update

This app seriously needs a major update. I have been a student with Walden University since 2021 and never had any issues with it. Now all it shows are classes I took in 2021. That’s crazy. Will be deleting it due to it not working as it should.

Stopped working this term

Hey. Please fix this app. This app was great and now nothing. Will not show me anything this term but gives me a number to call. I do not spend my time making phone calls about apps. Does anyone?
Will update rating when it’s fixed.

Never worked

This is my 2nd qtr and I have never been able to access the features of this app.

Useless app

This app is not helpful at all. It is behind a semester. Even the website was changed and some feature no longer exist. I called but technical support don’t know how to fix their own website. This is unbelievable and frustrating. Can wait to be done with the school.

Not Worth Using!

Every time I open my app it says unable to process at this time and to call the support line. When I call the support team they are oblivious to my needs and state they don’t know why it is doing this. All of my apps are up to date and I have a IPhone 13 Pro Max so it can’t be caused by my side unless it is only compatible with Android phones. Come to think of it, I didn’t have an issue with my old Android phone. Anyone else with these issues?

Wish it worked

I think this app could be useful if it worked and had accurate information. Several times I have tried to use it and my classes either are not displayed or have inaccurate classroom information. Well into a term there should not be syncing issues like this. The help feature is very unhelpful and topics either do not load or do not address issues. The app is a nice thought but has been terribly executed.

Useless

First, I have to log in every time I open the app. It doesn’t say as much though. That would make sense. Instead it just looks logged in but has an error telling me to call an 800 number for support.

So I log in, again. After waiting for the stupid authentication text they require for some ridiculous reason. (Like somebody is going to log in and do my homework for me?!? Aghast! Hardly likely!!)

Next, my current class, which I have completed all if the work in, says I’m missing half of my assignments. In a panic (and because I KNOW it’s wrong) I run to my PC to check.

For some equally unfathomable reason the main page says I’m only 93% finished yet the progress tracking shows all assignments have been turned in.

Having an accurate record of my assignments is all this app would be good for but it is useless as such.

What’s the point?

The app rarely works. It never pulls my classes up. I don’t see the point of it’s not going to work at least 70% of the time

App needs a bit more work

I would suggest being able for students to check their Walden email and to be able to chat online with help should the student have questions. These are fairly standard capabilities for most educational applications and would absolutely be a great asset for us to have.

Needs more improvements

Coming from two other online school. Walden’s online platform has to be the worst I have seen. The app and online courses need an upgrade. It is not user friendly and it takes a lot of work to maneuver through it. I pray their merger with Chamberlain will prove to help improve this area of their online school.

Assignments Module Not Working

When I click on the Assignments module/tile nothing happens. This wasn’t an issue prior to the recent update.

I like this app so far as it’s an easy way to view my upcoming assignments and I have great resources at my finger tips

Easy and Intuitive

This is a great app. It’s laid out so that you can easily find your way around to see you next assignment, finance information, and more. I was skeptical after reading a few of the reviews but it’s working great for me.
