Don’t use
This is absolutely the worst app I have ever used, or tried to use I should really say. Not only does it not give you the rewards you earn but it constantly freezes and does absolutely nothing. You have to log out and log back in yo try a different function for the same thing to occur. Trying to email customer service, which is says to do with issues, and you get a mailer deamond stating the email can not be delivered. Waste of time

Fix your app.
To start off, this app is very confusing in itself. You have to go to rewards to see how many coins you have earned. Needs a better gui or just a remodel done on the app entirely. When you open the app it promises you some reward if you watch a video, although the video is never there. “Try again in 1-2 hours.” I decided to not watch videos to earn coins and just walk, since I walk frequently. I’ve earned over 126 counts by now and it still will not let me convert it over to the real money I can convert to PayPal. What a waste of time.

Ads Do not Load
Everything was working fine until I reached $1 in my account. Now When I try and claim any rewards, it says I have to wait 1-2 minutes for the video to load. The problem is the videos do not load up anymore. I have waited over 20 minutes and it still dont work. It just keeps saying to wait for the video to load. I have all these points to claim and I cant because your ads dont load up anymore. Please update or fix this and I will give you five stars.

It don’t work!
I’ve had this app for about 5 months now and out of all that time I’ve maybe got it to work 2 times. You have to watch a ad before you can scratch a card well the ad will never loud it just keeps saying wait 1 to 2 minutes so add can loud yup did that a thousand times and it just keeps saying the same thing!! I’ve sent emails and have never have they replied.

Like the app
Haveing a slight problem with the app. It tells me to watch the ads but wont load them at all its been going on for about a week. Ive even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app with the same problem hope you can help with this i tried the app support and it wont load either . Not sure if im the only one with this problem or not but wanted to bring it to your attention. But other than that im really enjoying the app and look forward to keeping it hopefully
