Scam
I tried to schedule a call in telehealth visit. On the payment page I put in my information, it took the $50 co pay from my bank account and then it did nothing. There was no next step or anything. It just stayed on that page. Currently on hold to try and speak with someone about this and nobody is answering. I also sent an email. I live in and am located in Ohio as the app says is required.

It wont let me register
I put all my info in but then when it comes time to type a state in it isnt giving me any state options just “select a state” which in term does not have any states
Doesn’t work
When I go to schedule an appointment it says error please select a time and day but it won’t show me anytime or day doesn’t matter what the date is. Frustrating

The drop down menu doesn’t work. Maybe this app isn’t for California?
Broken and useless
Won’t show any pharmacies but you have to have a pharmacy to register. Called in three or four times for help and was told after the last call that the people that do the app left so I’d have to call back tomorrow. Tried this app a few years ago and it saved all of my info before I could put a password in and crashed so I couldn’t access the app at all. Honestly, this app is a joke.

Works great…when it works
App is great for scheduling…however, as of late it barely works for scheduling. Past few times I’ve used it (for my son as well) it’s just a useless app and have to in-person check in or register for walk-in. Not a major ordeal, but if the feature exists, it should at least work ;)

The “date of birth” kicks you off the app and then you have to start fill out again so I did whole form and go to click “date of birth” again kick you out of app!

Calendar Bug - shuts app down
Can’t add family or update - once calendar is clicked you are out of the app
Login error
The app won’t let me log in until I “verify” my account via an emailed link. When you go to the link it won’t let you create a password because the link website fails to connect to the server. Tried on phone and multiple computers. So I’m unable to even verify my nr and use the app

It’s says their call in is 24 hours, well when I woke up out of sleep at 10:30 with swollen lymph nodes and a fever of 100.4 and they didn’t call me back until THE NEXT DAY…
Best thing ever…
I love that Urgent Care has a app and you can just sign in and go to the Dr. on your phone so much, they are so fast and efficient… They actually listen to you, and it’s very convenient. I love that I don’t have to sit somewhere I could catch or pass an illness to others hours. This is hands down the best thing to ever be invented yet, and they utilize it well…

Can’t even get an activation code
Can’t even use the app. Tried to create an account and got stuck on the activation code.

Glitchy
Download, filled everything out to register. Says to enter activation code sent to email….that was 2 days ago and no email, not even in the spam folder. Even checked that the email shown in the app was correct.
Technically poor!
I tried to use it and it keeps sending me to OHIO! I live in Central Pennsylvania and can’t get to my local UC Center!!

Location services doesn’t work. I’m in Florida, keeps giving me Ohio options.
No point in the app
There’s really no point to this app. You have to put in all the information that urgent care already has and it’s just confusing to do. I thought I could pay urgent care bills through this app but I cannot.
Bug??
I have no access into the app to see my results as it’s saying the email and password is invalid although they are and the email I used is registered. I assumed it was maybe my password I forgot so I tried to reset it but when I did, it kept saying my email was invalid. I had just used it to create my account and register for a visit 2 hours prior to this happening.

Location bug
It can see my location but when I went to schedule a walk in it shows me urgent cares across the country and I can’t change it
A design flaw imo
Even though uploading ID and insurance card is an annoyance, the only thing I have an issue with is that if I need to cancel an appointment I scheduled, I have to call and do so. If there is a way to cancel within the app, it is not obvious.
