What's New in Walk the Parks

1.0.3

October 9, 2026

Every step counts now, even between parks. When you finish a park, or haven’t picked one, you keep walking coast to coast on I-90, Boston to Seattle, with a landmark at every state line and big city. Pick a park any time and the route waits for you. Reach your daily step goal days in a row to earn new gear for your hiker: a ranger hat, a second trail dog, a medal and, after a full year, a crown. Set your goal in Settings. Also new: tap “days walked” to see your steps day by day, add days Apple Health recorded that didn’t count, and log steps for any of the last 30 days.
