Rubbish never works
I’ve had a paid years subscription for the last 3 months aha never been able to access the app it doesn’t recognise me and constantly asks me to start a trial or buy a subscription absolutely useless.

Not what I expected
I requested to cancel the app 5 minutes after downloading since it wasn’t right for me. (You have 3 days to try it out, so 5 minutes should not have been a problem). They still charged me so I requested a refund. I have not heard back from them from the first request over a week ago . Will I continue to be charged $12 per week?

first it doesn't mentioned about payment and then after submitting the profile asked for the subscription.😤

Vorrei capire come disabilitare l’abbonamento essendo che ho fatto la prova gratuita un giorno e poi ho disinstallato l’app, ma mi arrivano comunque i messaggi di transazione per prendermi 7,99€.

Awful app doesn’t work
Really wish I’d of checked the reviews before downloading and subscribing! The app worked fine up until it asked me to free trial or subscribe. So I applied for the free trial. Took £1 from my account even though it was a free trial and now it won’t move from the screen that says free trial or subscribe I’ve tried restoring the trial and still not doing anything.
Rubbish app, don’t waste your time or money on this app.
