Razor Headphones Issue
I’ve reset the Razor Bluetooth headphones multiple times. After doing so within the application the headphones pop up but once I click on headphones. It only says "Could not connect to controls. Please try again"
Bluetooth cuts out
The disruptor series Bluetooth keeps cutting out. This is absolutely ridiculous.

This product is great in every aspect, there is tons of settings and options for these and not only do they cancel sound you can also listen to music. Amazing product would recommend

Y’all need to fix this frigging app. It’s been a known issue for at least a few years (based on other reviews). Love my Disruptors. Hate the app.
Silencer 2.0 bt not supported
Can't get the app to recognize these earbuds. Just bought them in 2025. Should still be supported. Why not?

Silencer 2.0 not supported
They sell them and the manual links to the app but they are not able to be detected. Says on app page they are supported but app say they are not. Kind of shady to sell it and link to app but not support the device. Oh well looks like I am going to look elsewhere for hearing protection from now on.
Good headphones, disgusting app
Soundproof quality of the headphones is good. App performance is inexcusably pathetic.
Disfunctional with silencer earbuds
This app was recently updated and removed all functionality with SLCR2-BT earbuds. The in-app product selection does not list SILENCER or SLCR and bluetooth pairing only sees SLCR for choice. All app use for control of settings is lost. Bad
Outdoors
Like using these earbuds when I need to be aware of my surroundings while doing high intensity workouts where I need all my senses to avoid any injuries.
Bad Update
The latest update changed the app for the worst. It now doesn’t even show that I have silencers. It shows them as restrictors. The functions have become less user friendly. Why go backwards with this app? It was great.
Doesn’t allow controls to function
App is updated but now won’t load the controls and I cannot do anything with the app anymore.
Changed for the worse
Was a good app until the latest update, now it’s not as user friendly. Returns to home screen so you have to constantly select device to make adjustments
No customer service
I got the Distruptors but they don’t hold a charge and the case doesn’t charge them either. I’ve emailed customer service too many times to count, and not a single response. I’ve even used different email addresses. Nothing. No way to update them within the app, no customer service.
Connection issues
Very inconsistent connection with Bluetooth.
Needs a lot of work
Very unintuitive app. The user tutorial is basically useless with no information on using the various settings. Sometimes I get stuck on a page within the app and the button to change to a different page just won’t work.
Incorrect battery percentage
The app is now showing the incorrect battery percentage with the Raptor bone conduction headset.
