Lost history one app stopped working, and I had to reinstall

Hello! I have emailed a few help messages but I have not received a response. Now today I had to reinstall the app again due to a new phone. When I reinstalled the app last year, due to the app not working for me, I lost all of my prior miles walked, over 1,200. Today when I reinstalled the app I once again lost my miles and now my subscription. I tried to restore purchases and nothing happened. I am a yearly subscriber. I do not see anyplace to log in. The app wants me to get the higher priced subscription. Where do I log in and how do I get my prior miles walked back on the app? Thank you for your time,
Vicky Bloemer
