My wife and I do about 6 fast walks per week, either along the Broad walk parallel to the beach, or through DiMaggio Park in the neighborhood, nice to have a weight loss “Paseo” feel the breeze and share our thoughts for the week, after which we love seeing our distance, speed, step counts, calories burned, while enjoying togetherness 😊😘

Hard to figure out
Here is my honest take. I paid for a yr, wish I hadn’t.
Still haven’t figured it out. Seems if you don’t have 4 or 5 .different subscriptions (all the same company) for walk, diet,workout,nutrition.you only receive a fraction of what the app does. Cant even add the Fitbit to your account .still have on idea how to add my steps.
At this point I think im just at a loss for the yearly cost. Very disappointing!

So I was getting it set up but I didn't want to pay so I deleted this app because Mom didn't want me to pay any thing on apps so I was like I just wanna have this app I'm so bored and then Mom's like now and then I'm like yes mom's like no I'm like yes Mom is like no we just do it over and over again so see ya!

Didn’t even get chance to use the 7 day trial then I was charged £70 despite emailing to cancel as there is a hidden extra step in email to enable full cancellation. Unethical conning people out of money. How can you charge someone £70 to walk when that’s not even the cost for the full year! Customer service was terrible refused to assist me.

Biggest Rip Off - don’t wast ur time
Tried to cancel but to no avail - have charged me again and still no correspondence when I have sent emails asking for it to be cancelled .. now going to bank to stop payment … this company should be banned.

THIS IS A SCAM!!!
SCAM! SCAM! DO NOT USE THIS APP! A year ago I was scammed by this app. They took me more than $100 for 2 months of use! It’s made to confuse and trap people into pay for it. They make it so hard to cancel it. Once I realised I was charged and complained, they made a new subscription “for free” so I could use the app for 12 months instead of the 2 months I naively paid for. But guess what!? One year later I was charged again as the yearly subscription was automatically renewed. It was a shock as the app states the subscription status as CANCELLED. The app it’s not on Apple’s subscription, so I believed everything was sorted. Once I was charged I immediately clicked the button cancel - even though the app says it’s already cancelled - and for my surprise they cancelled (I think!?) my subscription but for another app from GetFit. So I paid for an app I didn’t even downloaded!!! DO NOT GET NEAR ANY OF GRTFIT APPS

Impossible to cancel subscription!
I am trying to cancel my subscription before it renews in 5 days time. I have followed all instructions as set out in the terms and conditions but there is no option within the settings of manage my account to cancel! I have emailed and have been informed that I will not be able to cancel unless I do so in the app. How do I do this?
