Haven’t Worked in a Week
My app wont let me use it until it’s updated… but I’ve been trying to “update” it for over a week. Idk how much longer I’m going to wait.
Interesting Idea
I was trying to do this with Strava. So no login ha? All the information is stored on device and will be lost if you change phone?
If you love NYC you will love this app.
I grabbed this app almost the week it was available and I’ve been loving it ever since. I can’t say that it has driven more walking on my part (I already walk at least 3 miles every day within an average of 5 miles per day) but the app has driven me to walk new blocks that I don’t think I’ve been on in months or even years. If you love New York City then you’ll love this app.

I’m really enjoying this app! Well designed and easy to use.
Fantastic
this app rocks and it’s something i’ve been looking for but it’s definitely got some bugs. My app often completes blocks ahead of me and marks them as previously walked even when I haven’t, this is usually when I have walked some blocks surrounding or head. I’m sure this is just bugs that will be worked out and overall the UX of the app is great, straight forward, easy to use, and visually not overdone. Walk on!

Good concept, terrible performance
A really cool app but it’s performance is nothing short of terrible. It took 46 seconds for the app to open up. Will share screen recording with developer if curious. Unusable app until performance is improved
Love the idea, poor execution
The app consistently fails to track multiple blocks in all different neighborhoods. I love the idea but I think there are significant kinks to work out.
Island bug
I like the idea of the app, but I just want it to work in background - instead it always shows up on the island without me opening it. It’s annoying to the point that I’m thinking of removing the app. I hope devs fix it.
Good concept but weird storage issue
Great concept but takes up a massive amount of storage in Apple Maps for some reason. I had 8 GB of storage taken up that only once I deleted this app did that clear up.

This app is so useful and makes walking outside so much more fun! It’s been encouraging me to take longer walks and explore more parts of this beautiful city. Only thing I’d like is for more cities to be added as well. Overall, easily one of the best apps I have on my phone.

This app changed my life
I’ve been using it almost every day and clocking 10-20k steps easily just trying to fill up the grid. This scratches such an insane itch for me and games my brain into exercising so much more. Genuinely excited to go on long walks and it is my favorite part of my day now, thank you for making this!
Good app but doesn’t always work
I’ve been using the app for 2 weeks now and when it works, it is a great. However there has been several days where the app does not always track your walks. Perhaps I accidentally paused the app when I am checking my messages or changing Spotify playlists but it is frustrating when hours of walking was not tracked.

Buggy not accurate tracking
Does not correctly track all my walks. I have it set to automatically track my walks, but the one time I literally clicked "start walk" to manually start tracking, nothing was tracked.
I was in an area of Manhattan that I'm not normally in and wanted to make sure it tracked the blocks I walked. I even walked a different route back to the subway station! But none of that was tracked

So sorry to hear about this! Could you take a look at the specific walk(s) this happened during (tap the icon in the top right, then "Show walks") and see if there were regions where the GPS stopped tracking you? It'd be super great if you could send over those screenshots to josephpuccio@gmail.com so I can get it worked out for you!

I just finished this feature! If you update to the latest version (1.3) you can now import your data from Strava, Apple Health, and Google Timeline. Could you try the import process and update your review with how it goes?
Use this app a lot
This app needs to remove itself from the island on ios. It steals the navigation island, making navigation while driving or on foot HORRIBLE. I love this app and want to keep it but this feature needs to go
