Sparkful IG & X pages not updated for almost a year, and I can’t find a way to contact them directly
I have had the Walkr app since it was first released under Fourdesire, and it was managed pretty well. I was somewhat concerned when Sparkful took over the app, but overall, they seem to have made some positive changes and improvements to the app. However, I have been having a very difficult time trying to find a way to contact Sparkful directly. When I went to their IG and X pages, I found that neither of them have been updated for almost a year, so that was of no help to me. I do not have a Facebook account, so I don’t know if their page on there has been updated since last year or not. That being said, I have yet to find a way to contact Sparkful directly. I am hoping that posting this 1 star review will get their attention and they will reply.

Unclear How to Play
The tutorial is about 5 seconds long and doesn't teach anything. Then you get dumped into a menu where everything is locked and it's unclear how to proceed.

Doing this for the free satellite, but, besides that, really great app
Very Dissatisfied
No matter how much I walk, it always says 0 steps today. I’ve had it for about three months now, the only reason I keep walking is because of the other walking apps I have.
