Game changing app- could use a few tweaks
I’ve been using this for a little over a week and it’s already changed my relationship to my phone, my screen time is down to around 2 hours a day and most of that is texting.
I have a few suggestions. I’d love to be able to set sessions shorter than 15 minutes. Sometimes I just want to check my DMs quickly, but I forget to stop the session and use up a bunch of my time. I also think it’s too easy to change your settings. Personally I want screen time apps to be stricter. Maybe if you could only change your settings when a session is active?
I also don’t love that emergency unlock is a paid feature. Not because I want it without paying for the app- but I actually don’t want to have access to it and would consider paying for premium if it wasn’t part of that.
Overall this is a great app and I think with a few adjustments it’d be incredible. I’m surprised it’s not more popular.

Actually works
I downloaded it over the weekend and used it for a few days. I walk more and my screen time on certain apps decrease. So I’m doomscrolling and I have more steps!
