Apr 13, 2021 -Thank you for your review of the Mac version 2021.04. All feedback is greatly appreciated. I am very sorry about your experience. The Mac version of Wall Gallery Designer is a non-AR companion to the AR version of Wall Gallery Designer on iOS/iPadOS and its interface will be familiar to those users. When you purchase Wall Gallery Designer you get access to the app on Mac, iOS and iPadOS from compatible devices. Initial AR designs captured with iOS can be shared to the Mac and the design continued on the Mac. When scenes contain Viewpoint snapshots captured in iOS are shared, the viewpoints can be viewed on the Mac and design can continue with the viewpoint as a background. It would be very helpful to us if you could provide more details about what you expected in the non-AR Mac companion app to the AR iOS version and how we could improve it. Please contact us at support@wallgallerydesigner.com with your questions and suggestions. If an app doesn’t work for you, we understand. Please contact Apple to refund your purchase (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084) within a reasonable timeframe. App purchases through Apple do not risk your money. May 14, 2020 - The current version 2021.08 has substantial improvements on all three platforms and a significantly improved the Mac interface.

Thank you for your purchase and review. It is very helpful to learn what is important to users. [Update: The ability to specify custom frame sizes to 8'x8' is now in 2.5.3.] Cropping and scaling of photos is already present in the app. Double-click the photo in a frame and the app switches to a view where you pinch out to scale up the photo in the frame window and drag to adjust the crop. Thank you for the custom frame size suggestion. Customizable frame window sizes will be in a future release. The app was initially created for framing with materials generally available in the consumer retail market. With the upcoming introduction of scenes and galleries, the app will appeal to a broader market of professionals where more flexibility such as custom frame sizes will be needed.
